In 2002, I completed the master's examination in sports science at the University of Mainz and decided to study abroad at the University of Vaasa in Finland. In 2004, I successfully completed my study with a master's degree in international business.

From 2005 to May 2016, I worked in different employment contracts in the area IT Recruiting and IT sales.

Today, I'm working as a freelance-consultant with my focus on IT Recruiting since 2016.

I support my customers in the classic headhunting-business and as an external consultant/interim manager on a project basis.

How did I come to this decision?

From my desire for professional self-determination, both in terms of how I work and in terms of time and space.
